Pap's Head

Just wanted to let you all know that Pap went to the doctor today. He was very pleased with the way his scar was healing. The doctor said it would take up to a year before he would have feeling back on his forehead. The soft bump on the side of his head should disappear in time. He wants to see pap every 6 months. The results came back and they figure they got all the cancer. We gave much to be thankful for. So that is my big news for today!!!

No pictures today!

Hello everybody:
I don't have any pictures to show you all - but that doesn't mean that I can't tell you what we are up to. Pap is working everyday, laying rock with the guys in LacLeNonne . Monday they are starting on a house in Athabasca - it needs acrylic, so it has to be all hoarded in with insulated tarps. So they will be there for awhile. I still work every day except Fridays and tomorrow is Friday, so? Pap and I will go to Barrhead, because he has to go to the doctor who did the surgery. It is amazing how fast his cut has healed, but he does have a soft bump on the side of his head. Mary, I will call Friday night for Vince's birthday, because we had people over or people phoned - and then it was too late to phone. Betty is finished all her exams, she didn't have to write them all, she was lucky. And of course, she works at the Co-op on her days off and Saterdays. Good for her - pays for her gas and stuff and she can still save.
So that is about the extent of our week - sounds kind of boring - but it really isn't. We can serve our Heavenly Father in freedom and thank Him for his abundant blessings. What more can we want!!!!! Christian greetings and love to you all xxxoooxxxoooox

I have been trying for days to post pictures to my blog but to no avail, so I thought that maybe if I would write a story and explain to you all why you are not getting to see any new pictures on the blog I wouldn't feel so bad. I check everyones blog and see new pictures - and we find that so exciting and all to see something new on someone elses blog and ours stays just the same, nothing new - kindof boring, don't you think? I will try a few more times and if it doesn't work, I guess I will have to cancel this blog and set up a new one. Maybe I'm getting too old for all this fancy stuff - but I do want to keep up with the times. If someone out there has a solution for my problem, please call me or e-mail me and let me know what to do.

Christian blessings on you all!!!
