The golden beef croquetten. Aren't they gorgeous? Francine and Angie made these and they are delicious!!
These are the croquetten before rolling them in the egg and crumbs! Appetizing?
The top tray are the bami ballen before we rolled them in the eggs and crumbs, they were a tad sloppy, but we managed. The bottom tray are the nasi ballen that Karen made and they were very yummy as well. We bagged them and each had some of each - will be lovely for a snack on an evening - I invite you all to come and give them a try!!!!!

Looks so yummy I cant wait to come and try them...yum yum:) It is alot of work but you feel a sense of accomplishment when you do all that work..Also could you imagine if all the girls were home, that would be sooo many kids running around. Love all the new pictures Mom.. Love Tracy

Oh I am green with envy...would have loved to have been there for the day. It is so nice to be able to get together and do those kinds of things for a day...busy but nice. Everyone together making yummies...and boy do they look good mmmmm lip lickin good!!! Those Nasi and Bami balls sound kind of interesting and good...never had them before...would love to know how.

Hi!! When i saw these pictures i phoned Mary and said- "Are you ready. I'm coming to pick you up and we are going to your Mum's for some coffee and croquets!!!" If only it was so easy! Looks like you had lots of fun and i'm sure they tasted as good as they looked!
